Aba residents in Abia State have sent an SOS message to Governor Alex Otti, urging him to address the devastating gully erosion threatening their homes and livelihoods. The erosion, which started due to the dredging of the river by companies along the waterside, has already engulfed the entire Military Zone 2 Estate and adjoining areas, putting over 30,000 residents at risk.
