Bandits have kidnapped the former Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier General Maharazu Tsiga, in Katsina State. The abduction occurred in Tsiga village, Bakori Local Government Area, during a 3-hour operation that started around 12:30 am on Thursday.
