Trafficking in Persons Now Endemic Across Nigeria’s 774 Local Government Areas – NAPTIP

 

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has revealed that trafficking in persons and irregular migration have become widespread across all 774 local government areas in Nigeria. This was disclosed by NAPTIP Zonal Commander in Benin, Ganiu Aganran, during a courtesy visit by members of the Edo State Migration Agency (EDSMA).
